Recycling glass is cool but what’s even cooler? learn how to reuse and upcycle old jars and vases into cool new containers or Halloween decor! In this class we will learn how to work with polymer clay and glass, how to attach it, mould it and bake it.

We will all do a tealight candle holder together. Maybe spooky for Halloween or witchy for all year around!

What will we cover?

In this hands on workshop you will learn:

  • What is Polymer Clay
  • How to mold, cut and shape Polymer Clay
  • How to mould against a glass jar or vase and use negative space for cool designs
  • The clay baking process

    Who will be Teaching?

    Maria (she/her) is a serial crafter. She loves learning about new crafts and techniques! She does crochet, macrame, sewing, pottery, weaving and likes to explore how these crafts can be combined and expanded. 

    In addition to plants and crafting, she also has a passion for cooking and baking, light painting and running Laneway Learning. You can follow her journey at @malayebra
