In 2021 there is no correct or set way to use makeup, everyones relationship with makeup is different and that is the “beauty” of it.
This class is a chance to share, learn and have fun with the makeup you already own!
What will we cover?
Through open discussion and hands on application, the class will cover:
– Multi purpose products to add to your makeup bag
– Makeup applying techniques
– Low budget product purchasing advice
What to bring
– Your beautiful face
– Your favourite lipstick
– Your favourite highlighter
– Your favourite contour cream
– Paw paw or something similar (any wet lip ointment)
– Hand held mirror
If you don’t have the above makeup that is totally fine! You can still come and watch the demonstration and absorb Yoann’s knowledge and skills.
Who will be teaching?
Yoann Pareja, also known as Yvon Raphael is a melbourne based queer performer and makeup artist.
Having worked in the makeup industry for over 5 years, their relationship with makeup is both experimental and professional.
Yoanns biggest inspirations are the strong independent feminine humans in their life, as well as the underground queer culture.
